Property must be vacant and all furniture removed (unless let as furnished in the tenancy agreement)
prices shown are our base rate please be aware these prices will increase depending on the condition of the property.
This will cover most standard deep clean services. Additional charges may be applied depending on the level of service required. Any additional charge will be discussed prior to work commencing.
